Delivery Information

Delivery Method
All parcels are delivered by Australia Post eParcel. All parcels automatically come with a tracking number & insurance. You will be emailed your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframe
We use the eParcel regular delivery service. Delivery times are dependant on your location. Parcels are despatched from the NSW Central Coast delivery centre (postcode 2250). Parcels generally leave our warehouse between 1-3 days after your order is placed. Delays may exist around public holidays and special events (Christmas / Back to School).

Signature Required for delivery
Delivery DriverAll parcels will be marked as 'signature required' unless you specifically request us to mark the parcel as ok to leave (below). If you are not available to sign for the parcel, you will be left a card and be directed to pick it up from your nearest Australia Post office.

You will have 10 days to collect the parcel. After 10 days, it will be returned to us. Any parcel returned to us will automatically have a refund processed for the purchase price of the goods less the Australia Post returned parcel fee. (Current fees are:- $8.50 for parcels under 500g and $11.50 for parcels over 500g). We reserve the right to also deduct from your refund, any difference between your original postage charges and the actual postage cost paid to send your order (many of our orders have postage subsidised). Original postage costs will not be refunded.

Authority to Leave
If you give us an Authority To Leave, we will instruct Australia Post to leave the parcel. We accept no liability for parcels that go missing once they're delivered, so please choose carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Stock
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty on arrival or is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date to report the damage. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation number, even for faulty or damaged stock. Please read the warranty page for further information.
