As long as the product hasn't been used and is still in all original packaging, you can return it to us for a refund. Please read the full terms & conditions below for details.

Two easy steps

STEP 1 - contact eat.drink.stainless within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to obtain a Return Authorisation number (click here to contact us)

STEP 2 - pack your unused product securely and return it to us within 10 working days, complete with the RA number.

On receipt of your parcel, we will inspect the products and process your refund.

Terms & Conditions

• eat.drink.stainless must be contacted within 7 days of the receipt of your parcel (the delivery date is determined by the Australia Post eParcel tracking system). No returns accepted after this date.
• You must obtain a return authorisation (RA) number before returning the goods. No goods will be accepted without an RA number.
• All goods must be returned to eat.drink.stainless within 10 working days of the RA number being issued.
• All postage must be paid by the customer.
• All goods must be well packed and returned to us unused, in it's original packaging and undamaged. Any damage to a parcel must be reported and photographs sent to us BEFORE the goods are returned. Any damage in transit or lost parcel is the responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. If we subsidised the postage on your original order (some orders over 500g are subsidised), the difference between what you paid for shipping and our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
