Cheeki bottles are covered under warranty for 12 months from purchase date. Plastic lids are consumables, and unless faulty on arrival, are not covered under warranty.

eat.drink.stainless will pay the postage costs both ways to supply a replacement bottle under warranty within the first 4 weeks of purchase. After this time, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any delivery fees to return the faulty bottle for inspection. The shipping charges to send out the replacement will be covered by eat.drink.stainless. DO NOT return any faulty product without contacting us for a return authorisation number.

Cheeki bottles are NOT dishwasher safe. All bottles & lids lids should be washed by hand. The bottles are NOT freezer safe.

Neoprene pouches can wear through with excessive use with square edged bottles. Some of the older Cheeki styles are still square edged. Should wearing of your neoprene pouch result, we recommend taping the edge of the bottle. Wear & tear from excessive use of a square edged bottle is not covered under warranty for neoprene pouches.

Cheeki bottles are manufactured by hand, and as such, the final finish on the bottles is not always flawless. Small marks or scratches on the final paintwork of a bottle is not considered a warranty claim, however, you can use our 'no fuss 7 day returns policy' to return any product you are not 100% happy with.
